My mission focuses on promoting and establishing help-seeking behaviour while working to destigmatize mental health issues. Access to mental health care is recognized as essential, and acknowledging the need for support is seen as a critical step toward healing and empowerment.
Risimati Elia Chauke is a qualified social worker with a diverse background encompassing both public and private sectors. With over three years of service in government agencies and more than five years in private practice, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities related to mental health and well-being. This experience has provided practical insights and a compassionate approach that guide client interactions. My work is grounded in the human rights framework, advocating for dignity, equity, and empowerment for all individuals. I recognize the significant impact that social factors can have on mental health, and I am committed to addressing these issues. Since 2019, I have provided mental health services to over 4,000 individuals and consulted for corporate wellness companies. I assure my clients that their confidentiality is securely protected. No one should have access to any client information unless permission is granted, or in situations where maintaining confidentiality could lead to imminent harm to oneself or others.
