I am a counselling psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through a wide range of mental health challenges. My passion lies in walking alongside people on their healing journey and creating safe, respectful, and culturally-sensitive spaces where they can explore, grow, and recover.
As the Head of Programs at Kamili Organisation, Kenya’s leading NGO in community mental health care, I have supported thousands of clients over the years — particularly those affected by trauma, schizophrenia, addiction, grief, and gender-based violence. I’m trained in trauma-informed approaches and psychosocial support, and I provide therapy in English, Swahili and Kikuyu.
I offer online counselling to clients in Kenya and beyond, especially those who feel more comfortable accessing support from the safety of their own space. My work blends clinical expertise with deep empathy and a belief in the power of human resilience. Whether in-person or online, I strive to create a non-judgmental, empowering therapeutic experience that meets clients where they are.
