Life has a way of teaching us to keep things together, even when we’re falling apart
inside. Over time, that can make it hard to know what we’re really feeling or what we
truly need. Over time, this can leave us feeling disconnected from who we are,
unsure of where we belong, or weighed down by expectations we never asked to
carry.
My heart for this work comes from seeing what happens when people are truly heard
and given the space to be themselves, without judgment or pressure. I believe
healing begins when we feel safe enough to be honest, and when someone walks
beside us rather than ahead of us.
