MORE ABOUT HOW WE HELP YOU HERE

Recovery from Substance Misuse/ Behavioural Compulsions/ Disordered Eating etc

The only programme in South Africa that treats what is driving your behaviour - not just the symptoms. You are more than your issues.

We believe that true recovery is a long-term process that requires continued support. It takes time, commitment and support to unlearn and relearn how to live your unique life.

You may have completed an inpatient stay at a treatment centre, but this may be just the restart you need to truly begin your recovery journey.

You may have relapsed and known that you need support without having any downtime as an inpatient.

You have a developing issue that does not require inpatient treatment, but that you wish to address.

We are here to help you and support you, whatever the context may be.

We suggest a holistic approach that spans at least 90-100 days. Research has shown that this produces the best outcomes.

For therapy, this will include individual counselling and significant other relationship counselling.

From a practical side, we will provide tools and insights and may make recommendations or put you in touch with therapists/individuals we feel you may benefit from.
We have many resources that can assist you and those you care about.

All inputs are designed to help you cope in the context of your life - and as it changes.

Be kind to yourself - recovery is a chronic process with many ups and downs.
What will help you recover is a commitment to recover over a minimum of 90 days.
