Each person has a unique experience of trauma depending on many factors including their family history, age, relationships, culture, support system and coping ability. The person’s view of themselves, of the world and of other people is changed by trauma. In the trauma group, we will discuss many aspects including the effects of trauma, how it has become part of being human and how we can learn to understand each other.
