Research has shown that meditation can reduce stress and calm emotions. For people who have gone through traumatic stress, it is an important practice to learn and use as part of daily life, contributing to physical, psychological and emotional well-being. While emphasizing the use of body or mind, we will use meditation methods of contemplation, visualization, concentration, relaxation of muscles, ‘letting go’ and attention.
