Depression is one of the most common mood disorders that can interfere with a person’s life, it’s energy consuming and leaves you emotionally and physically exhausted. The goal of these sessions is to help you gain more understanding on what depression is, address contributing issues and teach coping techniques. You will get the support of a Counsellor and other people also going through depression, which will help reduce isolation.
