Join us for our virtual weekly Friday Morning Mindfulness Meditation Group session with Chanaz!
In this group, individuals come together to share and explore experiences with the aim of gaining deeper self-awareness, developing compassion for self and improving their overall wellbeing. Through guided meditation in a safe space, participants will be able to focus on setting and creating an intention for improved happiness and decreased stress and anxiety.
