Employees govern their own process — matching themselves based on cultural preference and personal choice. They can change counsellors at any point, no questions asked.
Sessions happen privately
All sessions take place via WhatsApp, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Employees book directly and manage their own schedule — no HR involvement needed.
You receive utilisation reports
Monthly anonymised reports show uptake, session frequency and general themes — without ever identifying individuals. You see the impact. Your employees keep their privacy.
Your employees' privacy is absolute. No identifying information is ever shared with the employer. We report on uptake and general themes only — never on individuals, never on what was discussed.
